"For months, I've been struggling with sleep anxiety, which made me feel depressed and deprived of sleep. But watching this video felt like I had a full mental treatment session for 90 minutes without spending anything. Thanks a lot."

I'm uncertain whether he will read my comment. Truly, this video is mind-blowing and informative, discussing the complex topic of anxiety. To be honest, it's one of the best videos I've ever watched, second only to Huberman's piece on depression. It's hard to believe this content is available for free, given its extensive scientific explanations, information, and in-depth research on anxiety. I found the video to be a bit short, though; I wish it were around 2 to 3 hours, similar to Huberman's. This YouTuber truly deserves millions of subscribers due to his exceptional communication skills. He managed to break down an incredibly intricate subject into easily digestible information. Expressing gratitude for content like this is a challenge. The dark ambiance and the YouTuber's presence in the video add to its appeal. Lastly, his sincerity stands out. He emphasizes the importance of awareness rather than pursuing views, and the heartfelt warning about treating mental illness with respect is commendable. Learning about the challenges he faced in the past that inspired this video is both sad and motivating. Thank you immensely for creating this gem, my friend. Even though I've written this comment, it doesn't seem sufficient to acknowledge the effort you've put into making this video.
